The TOP Community cafe has been developed to provide a valuable community resource, our aim is to create a warm friendly environment which serves not just as a place to enjoy a bite to eat and drink, but serves as a focus of local community life. Here at the Osborne Partnership we take Health & Safety extremely seriously. This is why all of the TOP Community cafe staff have undertaken Food Safety in Catering and Allergen Training, So we can proudly display our 5 Star Rating

TOP Shop
The TOP SHOP was launched in 2009 at part of our work with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham and LM Barry – on average we help recycle between 1 and 2 tons of textiles each week from homes in Barking & Dagenham. Around 10% of our collections are brand new items still with price labels attached.
